Void Vanguard provides AI governance, security governance, and strategic advisory services. Our deliverables are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance opinions. Specific engagement terms, scope, timelines, and fees are governed by individually executed Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work.
All content on voidvanguard.com — including text, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of Void Vanguard LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Frameworks and methodologies shared during engagements remain the property of Void Vanguard unless otherwise specified in your engagement agreement.
Void Vanguard provides advisory services on an as-is basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcomes of our advisory work. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Void Vanguard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Information shared during Reconnaissance Calls and advisory engagements is treated as confidential. We will not disclose your organization's information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Formal confidentiality obligations are detailed in our engagement agreements.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Iowa.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
